Where Exactly Are We Going?

Here's the target itinerary that we've planned.  We won't be sticking to this exactly, but if anyone wants to join us for part of the trip, this gives you a rough idea of when we'll be somewhere.  If you are in fact hoping to join us we'll adjust or stick to the schedule as required.
